I’ve spent 13 years in IT—starting as a systems administrator managing Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, then moving into a Product Owner role where I learned to think strategically about how technology actually serves a business.

I’ve seen two things over and over: most small business owners don’t have time to learn enterprise IT, and most consultants overcomplicate everything. That gap is where I work.

I help South Florida small businesses audit what they have, fix what’s broken, and plan what’s next—without the jargon or enterprise overhead. My job is to make IT practical.
